Each of our items are handcrafted with care from natural wood. Because every piece of wood is unique, variations in grain, color or markings are part of its natural character and beauty - not flaws. While we take great pride in our craftsmanship, an occasional imperfection may occur.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us for any issues with damaged product at info@woodwineandmore.com.
Wood, Wine and More is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
